Shipping Options

USPS Priority Mail:
This option is available on all orders. Products shipped via this service are normally delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination. USPS

Express Mail: This option is available on all orders. Products shipped via this service normally have next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.

Delivery

Track and Confirm: All packages include Delivery Confirmation which allow you to verify the date and time of delivery online.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery of an Express Mail item cannot be made or no one is home on the first attempt, a notice will be left. If you do not request that the item be held for pickup for the next day, a second attempt of delivery will automatically be made on the next regular delivery day. If no one is available when the Priority Mail delivery is attempted the first time, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice / Reminder Receipt. This form notifies the addressee that an article is being held for them at the Post Office™ and will be available for pick-up the following business day. Five days after the first notice is left, a second delivery notice will be left. This item will be held for a total of 10 days.

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time. It does not include transit time. Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need, as well as full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders. Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Please confirm the estimated shipping lead time at the “Review Your Order” page for the most current available information. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Product Availability

Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address. Big Show Outdoors makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the Big Show Outdoors Online Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding national holidays. Lead times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 2 p.m. PST. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped, meaning items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 3-4 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

Return Policy

Big Show Outdoors unconditionally guarantees all products we sell on our online store to be free of defects. We will replace or refund your money for any defective items you wish to return. Please note the following limitations:

  • Item must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
  • Items cannot be returned for refund unless defective.
  • Items that have been used or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

How to Return

If you would like to RETURN merchandise purchased from the Big Show Outdoors Online Store, please follow these instructions.

  • Place the items you wish to return in a box
  • Include a copy of the invoice
  • Provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

How to Exchange

If you would like to EXCHANGE merchandise purchased from the Big Show Outdoors Online Store, please follow these instructions.

  • Place the items you wish to return in a box
  • Include a copy of the invoice
  • Note the item number you would like to exchange the merchandise for

Note: Shipping and handling charges for the exchanged merchandise will be applied to your credit card. You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. For refunds, once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.
